Xi'an International Community is located in the south section of the leading axis of science and technology innovation in Xi'an. It is an important part of the industrial layout of "two cities, two belts, five zones and eight parks" in the high-tech zone. Xi'an International Community is located in the southwest of the main urban area of Xi'an, the South Development Zone of the High-tech Zone, the Xihan Expressway in the north, Xihu highway in the South and the built-up zone of the High-tech Zone in the East.Connected with Huyi district in the west, Feng river flows through the regional center from south to north, with a planning area of 18.72 square kilometers.
It is surrounded by modern service industrial belt and High-tech industrial belt in the east of the area, connected with Chang'an Communication Industrial Park in the southeast, Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industrial Park, Biological Medicine Industrial Park and Caotang Science and Technology Industrial Park in the southwest, only 2.26 km away from the comprehensive tariff-free zone and Samsung Memory Project in the southeast, and the industrial cluster effect of Samsung, Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), Honeywell and other major projects is prominent.
Xi'an International Community enjoys extremely convenient transportation service.The community is connected with the main urban area through the municipal road net system consisted of Western Road, Xitai Road, Xifeng Road, and Xi-hu Expressway, G1 Road, Jing Road No.38, Jing Road No.44, Wei Road No. 30, Wei Road No. 32, Samsung Expressway is connected to the community, which in turn connects to Xihan Highway, around-the-city highway, and Xixian Circle Line.
