Feng River Liangjiatan Sports Park is located on the west bank of Liangjiatan Wetland Green Space. The overall planning area is about 2160 Mu. It is a sports park on the meadow, which is fully integrated with ecological and natural elements, characterized by the concept of "grassland + sports" and " less exploitation and intervention".The theme of the park is "meadow sports + intelligent sports features", and the ecological environmental protection concept is "brighten and stay black + zero garbage education pilot". With the implanted sports facilities such as "intelligent greenway, lawn court, sports post station and intelligent equipment”, the park aims to create a comprehensive park with both leisure sports and ecological recreation.The park has been opened for free on October 1, 2019.
The wetland park is located on the East Bank of Feng River, with a total length of 4.5 km from Xihan Highway in the north to Qinzhen (Qin small town) Bridge in the south.Based on the comprehensive protection and utilization of the Liangjiatan node in Feng River Basin, the project introduces the concept of "greenway" and plans to build farmhouse fruit village, farmhouse B&B, combined service shop, folk custom exhibition hall, rock restaurant, wetland science museum, etc.We plan to create an ecological wetland park integrating ecological tourism, recreation and entertainment, cultural experience along the East Bank of Feng River.
The first batch of municipal roads on the East Bank of Feng River were constructed by High-tech International Community company. The project mainly includes the construction of 16 municipal roads, including G1 Road, Lingyun North Road and Xiliu Road, with a total length of 19.55 kilometers and a width of 20-60 meters.It has been opened to traffic for 15.28 kilometers. The road network in the East Bank of the International Community has been formed and connected with the road network in the main urban area, speeding up the urbanization process of the area, expanding the overall framework of the High-tech Zone, and further improving the urban layout.
The Sewage Purification Plant is located in the north of the East Bank of International Community, with a total area of about 59 Mu and a construction scale of 100,000 tons / day. The first phase covers an area of about 11.91 Mu and a construction scale of 10,000 tons / day.It is planned to build a garden-style underground sewage treatment plant with a total service area of about 33.38 square kilometers (phase I and phase II).The service scope of phase I is mainly the East Bank of International Community, involving international schools, Outlets, eco-friendly city, Fenghui Canal Waterfront Commercial Street and other projects, with a service area of about 4.63 square kilometers.As an important part of the supporting construction of the High-tech Zone, the east bank sewage treatment plant project is an important infrastructure guarantee for the goal of “constructing the optimum zone by working hard together in the coming three years”, which is also a powerful cornerstone of key projects, and an important mission for the Gaoke International Community company to undertake the supporting construction of Xi’an High-Tech Industries Development Zone.
Fengyi Bridge is located in the northern part of XAIC, with a total length of 526 meters, a width of 60 meters between control lines and 10 two-way lanes.The bridge is designed by Arup Group, a famous international design company. The main bridge adopts the structure of a three-tower cable-stayed bridge separating people and vehicles. The pedestrian platform system is set up so that pedestrians can enter both sides of the road and the river through the panoramic stairs and elevators.The bridge is bringing together the concepts of green space and high-quality public space to form a creative slow-walking trail across the Feng River. The distinctive theme elements and dynamic lighting system will add brilliance to the night scene of the city, and therefore the bridge will become a new landmark for regional visitors.
Xi'an High-tech Zone No. 24 Primary School (the first primary school in Liangjiatan area) is located in the south of Daji Ring Road, the west of Lingxiu road 1 and the north of Lingyun road 1.The total investment is about 259 million, covering an area of 24 Mu and a construction area of 35,400 square meters.Including teaching building, sports ground with roof, etc. It is a primary school with 36 classes.
